Cottage Software is a small organization and, because we are not well-known, our reputation is very important to us. We look for people who have solid technical skills, can express themselves clearly in writing and speaking, and who comport themselves with professionalism. Our clients value our judgment and trust us to provide them with timely, functioning solutions for their most critical applications.
